Executive Legacy Leadership Training
EXECUTIVE LEGACY LEADERSHIP TRAINING
OVERVIEW: Developing a high-quality executive leadership pipeline is critical
to continue improving Oklahoma’s public education system.
For the first time, we are offering training to grow the leadership capacity of
educators who want to build the public education legacy in their
WHO: Open to any educators (including teachers) wanting to grow their
WHAT: Two Days of Four-Hour Training, 10AM - 2PM
Training outside of OKC must have a minimum of 20 participants. Districts
encouraged to collaborate to meet the participant minimum. Must be
registered by the Friday of the week before the training.
COST: $500 per participant for both sessions

- Growing Your Leadership Resume
Leadership and Communication Operating Styles - We will dive into four different communication operating styles and how to utilize them in everyday conversation, improve stakeholder engagement, and even improve relationships with students and student-to-student.
Community and Family Engagement - looks at how to connect better and engage our schools/districts with our communities. Participants will walk away with real-life implementation strategies.
Communication Strategy and Planning - communication should not be a one-size-fits-all approach. Understanding that the most successful communication comes from strategy and pre-planning, we will look at strategies and ways to measure the impact and return on your investment.
Crisis Communication Management - Participants will take part in hands-on crisis response training and an overview of building their own crisis communication plan.
Growing Your Leadership Resume - Learn how to think differently to position yourself for getting the next leadership role. Participants will look at ways to generate leadership opportunities for growing their career resumes.
