All presenters and co-presenters are required to register for the conference. You agree to utilize the Whova app to upload any documents that support your presentation for access by all conference attendees.

All selected speakers/presenters are expected to use material and language that does not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, color, ethnicity, religion, physical ability, and/or sexual orientation. CCOSA expects as part of our Standards of Conduct that profanity will not be used. CCOSA or their representative has your permission to use any or all images, presentation materials, and/or handouts which you have submitted without restriction. This permission allows images and presentation materials to be used, copied, and published locally, regionally, or nationally through any means of communication.

Sales pitches for products or services disguised as proposals will not be evaluated. Content perceived as commercial is not acceptable.

The conference will take place in Oklahoma City at the Omni Hotel and OKC Convention Center from June 11 - 13, 2025.
