OASA Superintendent of the Year

Dr. Kirt Hartzler has been the superintendent of Union Public Schools since 2013. Before becoming a superintendent, he held multiple roles such as Deputy Superintendent and Associate Superintendent. He is active on several education boards and consistently provides meaningful content through his presentations and publications, covering topics from Curriculum Issues to Public Education in a Changing Society.

OASA Assistant Superintendent/Central Office Administrator of the Year

Stephanie Williams is the Executive Director of Student Services with Norman Public Schools. She has been in education for 20 years. Beginning as a teacher in Oklahoma City Public Schools and Norman, she has worked in several administrative roles over the years and currently serves as the Executive Director of Student Services. She is an active member in both OASA and NASSP and was selected as Oklahoma Assistant Principal of the Year in 2018. She also serves on the Jeannine Rainbolt College of Education Professions Division Advisory Council at the University of Oklahoma. In addition, she chairs the Diversity Council along with the aspiring principal academy with Norman Public Schools.
