Ashley Hoggatt

Ashley Hoggatt is the principal at D. D. Kirkland Elementary School, Putnam City Public Schools.  Ashley is described as someone who is knowledgeable, capable, and confident while remaining humble.   Ashley is a leader in curricular and instructional initiatives to ensure all students are successful. Under Mrs. Hoggatt’s leadership, the school has developed an employee childcare center.  She is not only the principal of the school, but also oversees the childcare program that has now expanded to three sites. Ashley gets excited about the big picture. She collaborates with her team to reach the end goal. Ashley believes that 90% of all problems can be solved if we communicate effectively.
