Retired Administrators

The Oklahoma Association of Retired Administrators (OARSA) was formed in 1983 as a component of CCOSA for former administrators. To be a member of OARSA, a school administrator must have been a full CCOSA member for three years prior to joining. CCOSA recognizes the influence of retired administrators both legislatively and as mentors for practicing administrators. For more information, Contact Nicole at




Are you retired from public school administration and a former member of CCOSA?  You qualify for OARSA membership. The dues are $35/year. Qualified membership  is for retired members. If you retired and then returned to work at a school district, you qualify for active membership in CCOSA based on the role you have.
