Section 3
The term of the Regional Representative shall be two years. The northwest, southeast and Tulsa Quadrants will elect directors in even-numbered years; the southwest, northeast and Oklahoma City quadrants will elect directors in odd-numbered years. The Lawton and OARSA directors will serve at the pleasure of their members.
Duties of the Executive Committee shall be to:
- Recommend policies to promote the business of the Association
- Fill vacancies on the Executive Committee
- Authorize disbursement of funds and approve the annual budget
- Monitor Elections
- Form committees and appoint committee chairperson upon the recommendation of the president
- Plan for improvement in the activities and programs of the Association
- Formulate and revise the By-Laws and Legislative Goals as necessary
- Conduct the business of the Association in an orderly manner
