CCOSA Summer Leadership Conference 
June 8, 2021 - June 10, 2021  


The CCOSA Summer Leadership Conference will be held as a hybrid in-person and virtual event this year. Choose the option that works best for you! The conference will be provided through the Whova app just like the 2020 conference. Attendees will have access to all content no matter which option you choose, so no need to worry about missing a session. All sessions will be recorded and available in the app until July 30. 

Member Early Bird Rate: $325 
Non-Member Rate: $700 


Don't miss out on the discounted Early Bird Registration through March 15! Registration cost increases to $350 after March 15. 

*Staff of CCOSA members who are not practicing administrators may attend at the member price.
Instructions: After you select the event from our home page, click on “Register for the Event”. A Member Login window will appear. Halfway down that window, select “Guest Registration”. In the registration process, you will check the box that says, “Special Billing Arrangements” and a notes box will open up. There you will enter “Staff of CCOSA member”. It will flag it on our end to change the cost to the member rate.

8:30 am - 4:30 pm - General Sessions, Thought Leaders (attend in-person or virtually) 

Thursday, June 10 
8 am - 11:30 am -  General Session and Keynote (attend in-person or virtually)

11:30 am breakout sessions will be provided virtually.

What should I expect if I choose to attend in-person? 

Due to City of Norman regulations, we are limited on the number of attendees that can gather at the conference center in person. Attendees must be registered for the in-person option for access to in-person sessions. We encourage all those interested in attending in-person to register for the in-person option. If the limited number of seats currently available fills up, you'll be added to the wait list and will be in line to move to in-person if more spots open up.*You do NOT need to register for the virtual option as well if you are on the in-person waitlist. *   If you do not get an in-person spot, you will automatically be registered for the virtual option.

In-person attendees can book rooms at the Embassy Suites in Norman beginning February 24. 

You'll receive access to the Whova app a few days before the conference so you can look through all of the sessions, connect with exhibitors either in-person or virtually, and network with colleagues. Watch for instructions on accessing the Whova event app in May. 

Spend the afternoon of Tuesday, June 8 visiting the exhibit hall and expo, or attend the optional preconference workshop. Join exhibitors from 4 pm - 5:30 pm Tuesday evening for an in-person social hour. 

In-person attendees will join us in the ballroom Wednesday morning where you will hear from Dr. Tim Elmore, John Wink, Andrew McPeak and Tamara Fyke. All of Wednesday's sessions will take place in the ballroom. There are no breakout sessions this day, but plenty of breaks to visit exhibits, have lunch at one of the great restaurants near the hotel and catch up with colleagues.  

Thursday sessions are all provided virtually, much like the 2020 CCOSA Summer Leadership Conference. 

Due to the City of Norman safety precautions, all in-person attendees must practice social distancing, mask wearing and hand washing.

What should I expect if I choose to attend virtually? 
You'll receive access to the Whova app a few days before the conference so you can look through all of the sessions, connect with exhibitors and network with colleagues. Exhibitors will be available in their virtual booths from noon to 5:30 pm on Tuesday, June 8. If you've registered to attend a preconference workshop, join in virtually from 1 pm - 4 pm. 

On Wednesday, June 9, log in to each session through Whova where you'll hear from Dr. Tim Elmore, John Wink, Andrew McPeak and Tamara Fyke. Visit with exhibitors during breaks and join in on virtual networking conversations. 

Thursday sessions are all provided virtually, much like the 2020 CCOSA Summer Leadership Conference. All conference attendees will be tuning in virtually. 


How do I exhibit at the CCOSA Summer Leadership Conference?  
Exhibitors can attend in-person and virtually. In-person booth space will be limited due to safety precautions at the hotel. Please watch for more info soon on registering to be an exhibitor.
