Creating Uplifting Classroom Environments: Providing Support for Early-Career Teachers (Tulsa Training)

There is so much information and research available that early-career teachers can be overwhelmed! Our goal is to give them just enough in an organized model so that they can begin teaching with practical research based tools and activities to be successful.

CCOSA and the K20 Center have partnered together for a solution. In an effort to organize the research into a comprehensive format, the K20 Center has developed the "Uplifting Classroom Environment" model. The model incorporates knowledge and environmental challenge. The objectives for the proposed development come from this model.
