2017 CCOSA/USSA Summer Conference

The CCOSA/USSA Summer Conference is the premier conference for Oklahoma school administrators at all levels. The CCOSA/USSA Conference encompasses all public school administrators from each association under the CCOSA umbrella (OASA, OAESP, OASSP, OMLEA and ODSS), as well as USSA.

Resources & Presentations from the Conference:

The two-day conference includes:

  • Recognition of CCOSA Administrators of the Year and scholarship winners
  • Nationally known keynote speakers
  • A multitude of concurrent sessions
  • Association breakfasts and recognition of retiring CCOSA members


  • Member: Early Bird $250 through May 10, 2017. After May 10, 2017 the price will be $300.
  • Non-Member: Early Bird $500 through May 10, 2017. After May 10, 2017 the price will be $600.

*Staff of CCOSA members who are not practicing administrators may attend at the member price.


OASA, OASSP, OAESP, and ODSS will be holding Business & Awards Breakfasts on Thursday, June 8, 2017. These breakfasts are FREE, but we ask that you please register in advance if you plan on attending. Just click "Yes, sign me up for meal(s)" and select your association on Step 3 of the registration.

Oklahoma Association of School Administrators (OASA) Banquet:

The annual OASA Awards Banquet recognizes retiring OASA members and OASA district administrators of the year. This dinner is held annually in association with the CCOSA Summer Conference.

CCOSA Golf Tournament:

The CCOSA Golf Tournament will help kick off the 2017 CCOSA/USSA Law Day and Summer Conference, and is a great opportunity for school administrators and representatives to have fun and relax while networking with colleagues. For the first time, this year's tournament combines all CCOSA members from OASA, OASSP, OAESP, OMLEA, and ODSS

Heidi Hayes Jacobs

Heidi Hayes JacobsHeidi Hayes Jacobs is founder and president of Curriculum Designers, Inc.. She consults with schools nationally and internationally, and is executive director of the Curriculum Mapping Institute.

She has taught courses at Columbia University’s Teachers College in New York City since 1981.

Working with a wide range of organizations, Jacobs has consulted to the College Board, NBC Sunday Today Show, the Peace Corps, the Discovery Channel, Children’s Television Workshop, The Kennedy Center, Carnegie Hall, New York City Ballet Education, the International Baccalaureate, and state education departments.

In 2014, Jacobs was presented the Award for Outstanding Contributions to Education by the Mediterranean Association for International Schools.

The fundamental backbone of Jacobs' experience comes from years as a teacher of high school, junior high school, and elementary children in Utah, Massachusetts, and New York.
