Partnerships with Royalty Agreements
This category addresses agreements where CCOSA is actually a partner, collaborator or sponsor of the program. The amount of involvement can vary greatly, and thus advanced approval of the partnership agreement must be gained from the CCOSA Executive Committee. Partnerships with royalty agreements will be reviewed annually and profitability (dollars and/or member benefit) must be demonstrated within 12 months of entering the agreement. It must also demonstrate sustainability beyond the initial first year. CCOSA may reject a partnership with royalty agreements due to time and/or staff obligations, or other issues associated with the program.
