PLEASE NOTE: CCOSA sends its Alert Emails in bulk through its website provider TheBestPortals.com and not through the normal ONENET network. Typically, our members are set to allow the normal emails from CCOSA to pass through their firewalls because it is coming from the ONENET network. This is not the case with our Alert Emails.
