CANCELLATION POLICY:

CCOSA has a 48-hour cancellation policy for workshop registration fees. If an emergency arises, you must notify the CCOSA office VIA EMAIL the day of the event for consideration of non-payment. In the event a meal is served, you must cancel 3 days in advance, or the meal will be charged regardless of circumstances. If you require special accomodation (either physical accomodation or a meal), you must make your request 7 working days in advance of the workshop.
